Sloppy Joes keto

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced green chillies
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup zuckerfreier Ketchup
- 1 flake of lard

Place all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar in a large skillet. Fry the burger over medium heat, trying to break it into small pieces. When the minced meat is done (about 10 minutes), drain it in a colander and add it to the pan.

Turn the heat down to low. Add ketchup and brown gravy and stir through cooked burger mixture. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
