Jonas Colting has spent his whole life as an endurance athlete. He’s won six World and European medals in triathlon and has twice won the Ultraman World Championships in Hawaii. He’s been participating in the sport since 1991 and has won six World and European medals. He once swam almost 400 miles in six weeks, an average of 10.5 miles per day, from Stockholm to Gothenburg in Sweden. He did this in order to earn $100,000 for the WaterAid organization, which assists impoverished countries get clean water and assistance. He is a well-known author, podcast presenter, and television personality from Sweden. He resides in Bors, Sweden, with his wife, kid, and two dogs.
As a lifetime athlete and competitive triathlete, I understand the importance of proper nutrition and diet for both health and performance. My athletic career has been improved and extended by eating a mainly low-carb and high-fat diet, and I’m still going strong at the age of 47.
