Warning: If this is your first time using MCT oil, we recommend starting with a lesser dose than the recipe suggests. Starting with 1 to 2 teaspoons and watching how your body reacts is a good idea. At first, it may cause intestinal problems and discomfort. Simply increase the amount of heavy whipping cream to compensate.
