Preparation of fermented cranberries

Adapted from the cranberry sauce recipe in the book GAPS Stage by Stage with Recipes by Becky Plotner. Ingredients: Instructions:

  1. Chop the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely ground. Put the cranberries in a mixing bowl.
  2. Remove the peel and pips from the oranges. Peel the peel of two oranges. Remove the core from the orange peel.
  3. Remove the zest and pips from the lemons.
  4. Place the oranges, orange zest and lemons in a food processor and grind until coarsely ground.
