- You may use handmade or store-bought items, depending on your preferences. Fresh bacon pieces were used, but cooked bacon bits would also work. I also used Hip2Save ranch seasoning, but any keto-friendly ranch seasoning would suffice.
- Do you like your fat bombs to have a little extra flavor? For more taste, double the quantity of spicy sauce or add chopped green onions.
- It’s time to pack! For a crisp and tasty lunch, grab a couple pieces of lettuce and some Buffalo Chicken Fat Bombs. It’s kind of like a hot chicken salad!

These delectable fat bombs combine all of your favorite Buffalo Wings tastes into a single bite-sized snack. This low-carb snack is made even better by the chicken, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce!
In a large mixing basin, combine all of the ingredients.
Using an ice cream scoop (or melon baller), scoop out the fat bomb and put it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the grease cans for about an hour.
Refrigerate the fat bombs until you’re ready to consume them. These keto-friendly fat bombs can last up to five days in an airtight jar in the fridge.
