Here are some tips to keep in mind when making keto donuts:

Make doughnuts:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


Place the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix the dry ingredients until fully combined.


In a separate large bowl, add the eggs, monk fruit sweetener, apple cider vinegar, almond milk and extract. Mix with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Add the dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are combined.


Put the donut batter in the Ziploc bag. Cut about half of the corner to use as a piping bag. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the doughnut molds. Place the stuffed pans on a flat baking sheet so that they are upright when you put them in and take them out of the oven.


Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely before applying the icing.


To prepare the glaze

Slowly add the ingredients to a bowl and beat until thick and creamy. Let the glaze rest for a few minutes to thicken before adding it to the donuts. Dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze and place on a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle the top with sugar-free sprinkles (optional) while the frosting is still sticky.


Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
